At Voyageur Soap & Candle, we want you to be fully satisfied with your crafting supplies and ingredients. If an item does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of purchase provided it is in its original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive an authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unopened items in their original shipping box, ensuring all raw materials and fragile glass containers are properly cushioned.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our Surrey, BC facility for processing.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
